1] Rentals are charged in advance for the period as agreed when the order was placed, either via telephone or online orders. The period of rental commences upon the delivery of the equipment to the Renter, or from the time of collection from The Fat Free Fone Company or its representatives, and finishes upon the return of the equipment to The Fat Free Fone Company or its representatives. No refunds are due to the Renter for early termination.
2] Unless otherwise agreed, it is the responsibility of the renter to return the equipment to The Fat Free Fone Company, Level 6, 9-13 Young Street, Sydney NSW 2000, or to its representative if previously agreed.
3] Except where otherwise agreed by The Fat Free Fone Company, booked or reserved equipment that is canceled within 24hrs of the pick-up or delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4] The Renter shall take all reasonable precautions to avoid loss or damage to the equipment during the period of rental and shall notify The Fat Free Fone Company or their representative as soon as possible and shall take all necessary steps to to recover the lost or damaged items immediately. Should the equipment be lost or damaged during the period of rental, the renter is liable for the full replacement cost of the equipment and will forfeit their deposit to the value of the equipment.
5] It is the responsibility of the renter to advise The Fat Free Fone Company of any extensions required, otherwise the renter authorises The Fat Free Fone Company to charge their credit card for overdue items on a weekly basis. If any rental charges are outstanding on return of the equipment, The Fat Free Fone Company will subtract the charges from the deposit paid at the overdue rate of $10 per day.
6] The renter must return all ancillary items to the equipment rented, including packaging, to The Fat Free Fone Company otherwise the item's cost will be deducted from the deposit (packaging $10, CD $5, ethernet cable $10, power cord $20).
8] All rentals include 1GB of data per week (upload and download). If exceeded, data is charged at 15c per MB. If extra data is required, 1GB data packs can be purchased upfront for $50.
9] The Fat Free Fone Company can accept no responsibility for poor signal strength throughout the rental. The coverage information displayed on our website is correct at the time of publication however, as with any radio networks, there are places within the coverage area where the modem may not work. Planned future coverage is subject to change.
10] All rental charges are subject to GST.
11] American Express and Diners Card incur a 2.5% surcharge.

1] Connection and line rental is charged in advance for the period as agreed when the order was placed, either via telephone or online orders. 2] The renter is responsible for all call charges for the period of rental unless The Fat Free Fone Company is advised of early termination. No refunds are due to the Renter for early termination and the renter is liable for call charges until The Fat Free Fone Company has been notified or a subsequent rental of the telephone service takes effect.
3] Except where otherwise agreed by The Fat Free Fone Company, a pre-booked telephone service that is canceled within 24hrs of the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4] It is the responsibility of the renter to advise The Fat Free Fone Company of any extensions required to the telephone service, otherwise the renter authorises The Fat Free Fone Company to charge their credit card on a weekly basis.
5] The Fat Free Fone Company can accept no responsibility for telephone service outages caused by line faults at the service address or local exchange, but will report and arrange repair at the earliest opportunity after being notified.
6] All rental and call charges are subject to GST.

1] We may collect personal information about you ("your personal information")
1.2] You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) we may collect your personal information from you or (subject to the requirements of Part IIIA of the Privacy Act) from a credit provider or credit reporting agency. If we do not collect your personal information we may not be able to provide the Services to you
(b) we may use your personal information:
(i) to assess any application by you for credit or commercial credit to be provided by us;
(ii) to collect payments that are overdue in respect of any credit or commercial credit provided by us;
(iii) to provide the Services to you (including the investigation or resolution of disputes relating to any Services provided to you) and to provide credit or commercial credit to you in respect of the Services;
(iv) as otherwise authorised or required by law.
(c) at any time, we may disclose your personal information to a credit reporting agency:
(i) to obtain a consumer credit or a commercial credit report about you;
(ii) to allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about you.
The information we disclose to a credit reporting agency will be limited to identity particulars about you, the fact that you have applied for credit and the amount, the fact that we are a current credit provider to you, loan repayments that are more than 60 days overdue and for which debt collection action has started, information that in our opinion you have committed a serious credit infringement (that is, acted fraudulently or shown an intention not to comply with your credit obligations), and cheques drawn by you for $100 or more which have been dishonoured more than once
(d) we may also disclose your personal information to:
(i) other credit providers named in a consumer credit report we obtain from a credit reporting agency about you for the purposes of:
(A) assessing any application by you for credit or commercial credit or your credit worthiness;
(B) notifying other credit providers of a default by you; and
(C) exchanging information with other credit providers as to the status of any credit or commercial credit provided by us where you are in default with those other credit providers;
(ii) other Suppliers for the purpose of enabling us to provide the Services to you (including the investigation and resolution of disputes or complaints concerning the provision of the Services);
(iii) government agencies or individuals appointed by a government (including the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman and Australian Communications and Media Authority) responsible for the investigation and resolution of disputes or complaints concerning your use of the Services for the purpose of enabling investigation and resolution of those disputes or complaints;
