what is it?
A service to prevent you having to pay ridiculour roaming rates while in Australia. Simply get a Fat Free SIM card, use it to stay in touch, then we charge you for your calls. If you need a handset as well, just let us know and we'll send it to you with your SIM card.

how do I get it?
You simply call us on 1300 726 831 or order online (preferably 48 hours prior) and we'll send you a SIM card and handset if requested. You simply use it for the period booked and return it when you have finished. We then work out your calls and charge your card. Easy.

Every time you book a rental service, or extend it, we will email you a receipt. When you have finished we will send you a final statement summarising all charges.
