With auto-pay (a direct debit) you can nominate a bank account or credit card so that your monthly account will be automatically paid on the due date each month. You will still receive your bill as normal, you still have 14 days in which to dispute any issue, and you can still use my fat free to view your bill online anytime during the month. So you can relax.

When will my auto-pay begin?
Your first auto-pay will take place on the payment due date of the next bill we issue you after we've processed your form. Your form will be processed within five to seven business days of receipt.

What happens if I change my bank?
Please contact us to let us know your new bank details are so that we can change your details and set up a new auto-pay.

The $10 late payment fee
In line with the telecommunications industry, for all accounts that are past their due date, a $10 late payment fee will be charged.
