Our service provides guests with a cheap and efficient telephone service, and enables apartment companies the ability to be able to offer, manage and charge for regular telephone calls.

All rates are ex GST. $15 connection and line rental is charged in advance, calls are charged in arrears. American Express and Diners Card incurr a 2.5% surcharge.
$5 for an hours chat When you need to keep in touch with people overseas, our international capped rates will help. It costs just $5 for an hours worth of chat to the UK, USA, NZ, Canada, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong.
how do I get it?
You simply call us on 1300 726 831 or order online (preferably 48 hours prior to moving into your apartment) otherwise you can call us when you arrive. It takes just 2 hours to have your telephone connected unless you call on a weekend, then it will be connected from the next business day.

the paperwork
Every time you book a rental service, or extend it, we will email you a receipt. When you have finished we will send you a final statement summarising all charges.
